Since all but 2 students were absent from French 2 today, we decided to watch part of Madagascar in French instead of continuing with our unit and also talked about animals and the sounds they make in other languages.  We learned, for example, that in english, we teach our children that the sound a turkey makes is "gobble, gobble", but in French a turkey says "glou, glou".

For those of you wondering, we will continue as a class where we left off on Wednesday.
