C'est le 13 mai!

We are now nearing the end of our second semester.  The past few days in class students have been presenting their final food/cooking unit assessments.  This assessment allowed students to use their creativity to create a presentation of their choosing.  The assessment was three part: 1: participation and use of class time, 2: the presentation and 3. a typed version of their presentation.  So far I have been very impressed with what I have seen from the students.

Just as a reminder, the last day of class is May 22 and is the last day any late work may be turned in!
